South Korea Hwaseong Office Building Public Construction Project

This project is a Korean prefabricated pure wood office building. The main body adopts a glued wood column and beam system. 95% of the structure and pipelines are pre-buried in the factory, and the error of the prefabricated unit is controlled within millimeters, realizing the industrialization standard of "building is product".

The module design is compatible with standard container specifications and is fixed by metal connecting frames. The transportation cycle from the Chinese production base to South Korea only takes about one week. The main structure was capped in 2 weeks, and the carbon emissions of the whole process were reduced by 80% compared with traditional concrete buildings.

The internal space is reasonably divided and the supporting facilities are complete, creating a healthy office model that adapts to the post-epidemic era, which has been highly recognized by Korean customers.
