    Including all stages from wood cutting and sawing, finger jointing, drying and conditioning, modification preparation, LED light curing, CNC wall panel component machines, to large curved and straight beam component machinery, all equipment is equipped with numerical control source code.

    Carbon emissions during the production stage are reduced by 48.9% - 94.7%.Total life-cycle energy consumption is 10.1 GJ/m², which is lower than that of steel-structured buildings (11.4 GJ/m²) and concrete-structured buildings (13.6 GJ/m²).
  • Anti-corrosion Performance
    Space-o Group has independently developed environmentally friendly preservatives, including CA (copper azole), ACQ (ammonium copper quaternary), and LOSP (light organic solvent preservatives). These formulations contain no chromium-based heavy metals or arsenic-based substances (highly toxic arsenic compounds) and are mainly composed of copper and organic azoles, featuring high efficiency and low toxicity. They are safe for indoor use and direct contact with the human body.The anti-corrosion performance against white rot fungi and brown rot fungi meets national standards. The preservatives are not easily lost, with excellent fixation properties in wood. They can resist erosion by termites, pests, and fungal organisms, achieving true anti-corrosion and anti-pest effects, thus protecting the safety of project quality and the economic interests of consumers.
