Anhui Shucheng Jingluyuan Project

The first phase of the Shucheng Jingluyuan Homestay project is located in Guihua Village, Tangshu Township, Shucheng County, Anhui Province. The total planned land area of the first phase is 17,401.21 square meters (about 26.1 acres), and the total planned building area is 19,360 square meters.

The total investment of the project is 296 million yuan, highlighting forests, building gardens, creating water areas, attaching importance to culture, improving entertainment, cultivating wild interest, creating health care, and creating characteristic ecological tourism, making it a forest health care base that is pleasant, travel-friendly, and livable.

The project is located in a forest reserve, with inconvenient transportation and minimal impact on the surrounding environment. The prefabricated wooden structure meets this construction requirement.

Most of its components have been designed and manufactured in the factory. Only assembly and fixing work is required at the construction site. No large-scale mechanical construction is required, so the noise and dust generated by construction can be reduced from the source. The impact on the surrounding environment is very small. Compared with concrete buildings, the construction period is shortened by about two-thirds, fully demonstrating the advantages of prefabricated construction.
